Mam you are a magacian ..i lose 7 kg weight in less than 50 days ...in which i skip 3-4times ..but still i lose my weight..your recipes are amazing .taste is very yum...in beginning i face a little bit difficulty to follow diet chart..but now i m habitual of your diet plan ..its not only usefull for weight loss .its also help in our medical issues ..i am suffering from pcod and now i am absolutely fine because of you thankyou mam
